Optical Emission Spectrometers (5 models)
Exquis T4 Optical Emission Spectrometer
The Exquis T4 is a benchtop spark optical emission spectrometer with a sealed-cycle argon optical chamber that reduces gas consumption and stabilizes the light path. Its low-noise integrated CMOS detector covers 160–580 nm with high UV sensitivity for non-metallic elements (N, C, S, P), making it a price-performance choice for metal-fabrication shops moving sample analysis from lab to furnace site.
Innovate T5 Optical Emission Spectrometer
The Innovate T5 is a full-spectrum optical emission spectrometer with a vacuum optical chamber and all-digital programmable excitation source. It uses Hamamatsu CMOS detectors that combine the wide-spectrum coverage of CCD with the low detection limits of PMT for non-metallic elements (C, S, P, B), making it suitable for foundries, metallurgy labs, and metal-fabrication QC.
Noble T7 Optical Emission Spectrometer
The Noble T7 is a research-grade full-spectrum optical emission spectrometer for foundries, smelters and laboratories analyzing high volumes of solid metal samples. A constant-temperature optical chamber (±0.1 °C) holds spectral position stable for long shifts, and the wide 120–800 nm window covers trace elements down to single-digit ppm — useful for aerospace QA, new-material research and certification testing.
JB-750 Optical Emission Spectrometer
The JB-750 is JIEBO's flagship PMT-based optical emission spectrometer for high-precision metal-grade certification and quality assessment. Its 750 mm Paschen-Runge optics, vacuum chamber and single-spark pulse-integral algorithm give it the spectral resolution and signal-to-noise of legacy German PMT systems at a fraction of the cost.
Surpass F1 Mobile Optical Emission Spectrometer
The Surpass F1 is a cart-mounted mobile spark optical emission spectrometer for on-site reliability testing of metal materials. With a built-in lithium battery and argon cylinder, it brings the analysis to large or fixed components that cannot be cut for the lab — scrap-yard incoming inspection, in-service pipework, reinforcing bars, and oversized castings.
Elemental Analyzers (4 models)
CS2020 High-frequency Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer
The CS2020 is a fully automated high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer for steel, ores, finished metals and inorganic materials. Four physical detection cells cover low- and high-concentration ranges in one instrument
CS995 Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer
The CS995 is a bench-type high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer with a separate bench-mounted detector and induction furnace. Designed for production-floor QC in foundries, steel mills and ferrous-alloy plants, it analyzes solid metals, ferro-alloys, ores, soils and titanium dioxide with reliable accuracy at a footprint that fits any QC bench.
CS996 Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer
The CS996 is a floor-standing high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer with an operating-table layout that integrates the detector, vertical furnace and balance in one workstation. Wider detection range (down to 0.0001 %) and expandable cells make it suited to plants running mixed-grade workloads — from ultra-low-carbon steel to high-carbon cast iron — on the same instrument.
ONH-508 Oxygen, Nitrogen & Hydrogen Analyzer
The ONH-508 simultaneously analyzes oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in steel, rare earth alloys, copper, zirconium, titanium, ceramics and inorganic powders. It combines pyroelectric infrared detection (for O and H) with thermal-conductivity detection (for N) and uses inert-gas-fusion sample preparation in an electrode pulse furnace (up to 3000 °C, 1500 A).
Handheld Analyzers (2 models)
F6000 Pro Handheld XRF Analyzer
The F6000 Pro is a handheld X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer for non-destructive identification of alloy grade and elemental composition. With a high-power 50 kV X-ray tube, six switchable collimation filters and a Si-PIN detector, it identifies elements from titanium to uranium in seconds — putting a "lab in your pocket" for scrap yards, pipework inspection and precious-metal verification.
F7000 Pro Handheld LIBS Analyzer
The F7000 Pro is a handheld laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) analyzer for on-site identification and rapid analysis of alloy elements. Unlike X-ray-based handheld systems, LIBS uses a focused laser pulse to ablate a microscopic sample and read its emission spectrum — so it measures light elements that XRF cannot, including beryllium and magnesium, with no ionizing radiation.
How to choose the right JIEBO model
I need OES for a production foundry — which model?
Innovate T5 covers most production foundries (10 base matrices, vacuum chamber, 78 kg). Use Noble T7 if you need trace elements below 10 ppm or research-grade work. Use Exquis T4 if budget is tight and you only run one matrix. Use JB-750 for certification labs needing PMT-class precision.
I need on-site inspection without cutting samples.
Use F6000 Pro (XRF) for fast non-destructive grade ID without carbon. Use F7000 Pro (LIBS) when you need light elements (Mg, Si, Be) or want to avoid X-ray regulation. Use Surpass F1 (mobile OES) when carbon / sulfur quantification is required on site.
I need carbon and sulfur in steel or ore.
CS995 is the bench-type entry (115 kg, single C and S cell, 0.0005 % range). CS996 is floor-type with expandable cells (0.0001 % range). CS2020 is the high-end four-cell auto-cleaning unit for high-throughput labs.
I need oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analysis.
ONH-508 is the only model in this list that handles O / N / H simultaneously, using inert-gas fusion in an electrode pulse furnace. Common applications: titanium, zirconium, rare-earth alloys, deoxidized steel.
What lead times and warranties apply?
Stock OES and C/S configurations ship in 15 working days. Custom PMT (JB-750) and ONH-508 builds take 30 working days. All instruments carry a 12-month parts-and-labor warranty, extendable to 24 months.
